West End Watch Co Day/Date "Sowar" Watch

This watch is one of a few designs inspired in the 70’s and 80’s by the exceedingly expensive Rolex Day/Date “Presidential”, but priced for mere mortals. West End is a Swiss company established in 1886 and still in operation today, but not well known here, as it focuses its market on India and eastern Asia. This watch uses the well-known and respected ETA 2836 day/date movement which provides an instantaneous change of both day and date at midnight. IT comes with a gold plated case, and a new bracelet.
